Art and nature strike me deeply, like a fist to the heart, the more simple and profound, the harder the punch. I found the more I strove to reduce subjects to their essential nature, the more I encountered the great dance of energy that makes up everything. I’m happy to have narrowed my focus thus, because now, as I look around, all I see is the dance. ​
